the premier palm view room with a balcony provided a romantic setting , with amazing views of the surroundings. the breakfast buffet was extensive , with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

quiet room fresh towels cool drink sparkling detail

I felt so pampered here! ms. corina baes at the front desk remembered my preference for a quiet room and delivered it perfectly. daniel by the pool was so attentive. He made sure i always had fresh towels and a cool drink. i really appreciated the pristine condition of the room. every single detail sparkled.

The elevator music was repetitive. It could use a refresh.

The premier ocean view room featured a spacious balcony. It offered amazing views! two separate sinks and a rainfall shower are included in the room. The toiletries were high-end.

the pool area features about 20 loungers. a shaded spot for those who want to avoid direct sun exposure. the gym provides three treadmills and a couple stationary bikes. everything was super clean.

amazing design comfortable room skyscraper view

the hotel design is just amazing! the room was very nice. it was comfortable. food was also very good. i would definitely recommend this hotel. beach was also nice with skyscrapers view.

sea water is ok. you can't expect more because it's on the palm island. but it was better than i thought.
